Purchase of this ticket constitutes full agreement by the purchaser that he/she agrees with all terms and conditions set forth herein.

Grand prize: (2) day passes to Gazebo Festival on May 25th-26th, 2024 in Louisville, KY, a 2-night stay at Highlands Airbnb (location will be disclosed to winner), a $50 Wild Eggs gift card AND a $50 Uber gift card.

Must be a U.S. resident and age 18 or older to participate and to win this prize.

Mattingly Edge, Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 Charitable Gaming License #EXE0001220. All proceeds from the Gazebo Fest Getaway for Two raffle will benefit Mattingly Edge.

A ticket represents a chance to win the opportunity to accept an offer of the stated prize on these terms and conditions. If you hold a ticket receipt, your ticket has been entered in the raffle, subject to these terms and conditions. Winning tickets shall be selected by random drawing, and all participants have an equal opportunity to win.

Mattingly Edge, Inc. purchased (2) two-day passes for Gazebo Festival from the official Gazebo Festival ticketing site on March 6th, 2024.

Raffle tickets are $50 each with no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased during the timeframe of the raffle. A maximum of 400 tickets will be sold, although the actual number of tickets may be less. All sales of raffle tickets are final, and there will be no refunds.

Tickets may only be purchased online at go.rallyup.com/MattinglyEdge2024. Online ticket sales will be closed at 11:59pm EST on May 17th, 2024.

Tickets purchased online will be kept in the online que and the purchaser will receive an email confirming each purchase. Please keep this confirmation email for your records. Entry numbers will be displayed on the full receipt emailed to you. Physical raffle tickets will not be mailed. Receipt and/or transaction numbers should not be confused with entry numbers.

Purchaser will provide the following information for each ticket: name, email address, mailing address, phone number and payment info. 

Mattingly Edge staff will print the entry number assigned to each online entry and then manually draw the winner. The drawing will be streamed on Facebook Live on Monday, May 20th at 10am and can be viewed at facebook.com/mattinglyedge. You do not have to be present at the drawing to win.

Winner will be contacted via email on Monday, May 20th, 2024 at 10:30am. Mattingly Edge will make every effort to contact winner to begin coordination of prize winnings. Winner must redeem prize by Wednesday, May 22nd at 12PM. If unable to be contacted by May 22nd at 12PM, the winner shall forfeit the prize and Mattingly Edge will notify the Kentucky Office of Charitable Gaming and draw another ticket in the presence of Office personnel.

Winner has the choice if they want to transfer prize to another person. Person must be 18 years or older to redeem Airbnb stay.

Mattingly Edge will not be held liable for injury or damages to the Airbnb during Airbnb stay.

All raffle ticket entries will be kept according to guidelines of the Kentucky Department of Charitable Gaming. 

Mattingly Edge assumes no responsibility for any financial loss, personal injury, property damage, other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which winners may experience by reason of (1) performance or nonperformance by any supplier; (2) wrongful, careless, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any supplier or its employees or agents, or on the part of any other party not under the control of Mattingly Edge, Inc. (3) any defect, breakdown or other failure of any transportation device, accommodation or other equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used by a supplier or; (4) any acts of God, acts or omissions of third parties, damage or loss associated with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, disease, local laws, climatic conditions or other conditions or developments. Mattingly Edge, Inc. shall in no event be liable for special or consequential damages arising from the use or ownership of any prizes. Participants hereby release Mattingly Edge, Inc. from any such claims.

The IRS has adopted the position that the $50 ticket price is not deductible as a charitable donation for federal income tax purposes.

 Mattingly Edge reserves the right to amend these rules as needed prior to the Gazebo Fest Getaway for Two drawing. Any change the date and/or time of the drawing will be made on the official website prior to the drawing mattinglyedge.org/events.
