Human Resource Manager
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
As the Human Resource Manager, you will run the daily functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices, in conjunction with a team of colleagues. Your position reports to the Executive Director.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least two years of human resource management experience.
SHRM-CP a plus.
Organizational Development (OD) experience a plus.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related law and regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Commitment to building a diverse workforce where employees experience a sense of belonging.
